It’s a new day and a new theme. I call it boredom.

Perhaps this is in response to Mitt Romney’s recent overseas over-exposure of stupidity. Maybe it’s that my muscles are clenching in pain from all the DIY going on around Blogdramedy’s bungalow. Or maybe it’s because I’m bored and I’m feeling guilty because I haven’t been keeping up with my blog brigade.

Then again, it could be this image of the USA Woman’s Volleyball team. I thought I was the only one who looked this good naked.

Pssst! Hey, ESPN…if you’re gonna do the same thing with the men’s team, we ladies want a rear shot.

Whatever the reason, I have a new blog theme. Yes, again. Twice in two weeks. It’s a record.

If there was an Olympic category for this, I’d be wearing the bling and fending off endorsements from BlogHer.

I went all girly and shit. Must have been a reaction to Shouts and his fissures tweet yesterday. Then there was my butt crack comment and things just went down the toilet from there.

I’ve been promising for a while to get back to regular programming here on Blogdramedy. And that includes featuring more BOOBS! Maybe all this chopping and changing of themes is a sign that I’m about to come out of hibernation full time.

What I really need is a good political rant to get my blood flowing. Hmm. Yo, Mitt! You busy?

  1. I’ve been known to change my theme from time to time . . to time . . to time. It’s cheaper and — for those of you blissfully coupled — less relationship-taxing than new wallpaper. Write on. . . .

    • Doing some home reno so I’m big on repurposing…pretty much anything. I don’t know why I have this need to announce that I’ve changed themes yet again. Well, yes, I do. It’s an easy post. :-)

  2. I’ve been tempted to change my theme too, but I just don’t have the cajones to do it. Plus I’m fairly sure the new one will suck even more than the current one…so….

    • What I’d really like is for WordPress to let us pick and choose the parts we like from different themes. I refuse to click on the paid themes (so far!) because I’m on a budget and the way I’m always fiddling around…I’d be broke in a month.

I admit there is a little thrill that goes through me when I start thinking of changing themes. There’s the initial idea (oh, no. Not again.) Then the days of anticipation when I dither and question myself. Then comes the big moment…when I go into Appearances and click “Theme.” It’s like a drug. :-)

    • Thanks, Lindsey! I see you made this comment from your Twitter account. Which reminds me…I need to change my theme on Twitter! YEAH! More change! (I think I may have issues.) ;-)

  3. sorta retro sixties flower child looking. It is easy to rant on about politics but honestly I would rather read a rant about most anything else. I had a minor rant yesterday about a sniffling kid in the library. Blog worthy is not the same as news worthy.

    • It’s a bit hippie but I like it. So far no niggling doubt or uncertainly which is the first symptom of change-theme-itis.

A rant is a rant is a rant. They free your mind! They are all blog-worthy fodder…maybe not read worthy but…
      :-)

  4. If I could find a reasonable theme, I’d be all about it! Looks pretty though, even from a mobile device. Congrats!

Ps- I am intrigued at your fabulous bod. Keep it up!

    • I was going for pretty, so thanks. I never think about how themes look on a mobile device. I’ll have to go take a look (and hope it doesn’t make me change the theme yet again.) *sigh*

The bod is fabulous, thanks for asking. :-)
